Isocapnic BWB Valve Chamber 2 year Warranty

 Effective Date: July 4, 2024

Coverage Duration: 2 Years 

Warranty Scope: 

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the BWB valve chamber of the Isocapnic BWB for a period of two years from the date of purchase. 

Exclusions: 

This warranty applies solely to the BWB valve chamber. It does not cover the mouthpiece or rebreather bag, which are considered consumable parts and are subject to wear and tear under normal use. 

Warranty Claims: 

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase. 

2. Covered Repairs: If a defect arises in the BWB valve chamber during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. 

3. Non-Covered Conditions: 

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance. 

• Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel. 

• Normal wear and tear of the mouthpiece or rebreather bag. 

• Accidental damage, including but not limited to drops, spills, or other physical damage. 

Procedure for Warranty Service: 

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim. 

2. Evaluation: Upon receiving your claim, we may request that you send the BWB valve chamber to us for evaluation. 

3. Repair or Replacement: If the defect is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the valve chamber and return it to you at no charge. 

Limitations: 

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. 

• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
