Just a few weeks of practice but I already feel a change in running. Heart rate is lover on very easy runs. On the other side I get it up higher in hard running but still doesn’t feel like the heart rate is so high. Very interesting and love to see what happens after a longer period. I’m now at Master World Championship in Gothenburg running several races and have it with me so I can keep up my practice

I think it’s a great tool for a lot of different things. I’ve connected some athletes with it to use for respiratory warm ups, intervals, race days warm ups, and post viral recovery.
