It’s a full workout just nasal breathing with it while watching tv. Just doing that drops my oxygen levels on the oximeter to 92 which is where they are when I sprint. Giving your lungs a sprint workout while sitting on the couch is great and I can feel the difference when I exercise!

Just a few weeks of practice but I already feel a change in running. Heart rate is lover on very easy runs. On the other side I get it up higher in hard running but still doesn’t feel like the heart rate is so high. Very interesting and love to see what happens after a longer period. I’m now at Master World Championship in Gothenburg running several races and have it with me so I can keep up my practice
