Import Fees, Taxes and Duties
Import fees, taxes and duties are set by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility. Shopify displays available shipping options and applicable charges it can calculate before checkout. Additional amounts assessed by local customs authorities are outside Isocapnic’s control.

Shipping
We ship internationally. Orders are processed promptly and tracked when the selected carrier provides tracking. If an order arrives damaged or defective, or is lost in transit, contact support@isocapnic.com with your order details so we can review and resolve it.

30-Day Performance Guarantee
BWB-Sport and BWB-Mask may be opened and used as part of the 30-day performance guarantee. Complete the introductory app program and measure your progress. If you do not see an improvement in ventilatory performance, contact Isocapnic within 30 days to arrange your return. Qualifying returns will be accepted when the program requirements are completed.

Return Requirements
Contact support@isocapnic.com before sending anything back. Return all components supplied with your order, including the interface (mouthpiece or mask), BWB manifold, rebreather bag, and manual, and follow the return instructions provided by our team. For hygiene and inspection, clean reusable components as directed in the product manual. Products returned outside the performance guarantee must be unused and in their original condition unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Please contact us before refusing a delivery. Carrier, return-to-sender, customs, duty or tax charges may affect the amount that can be refunded. Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under local consumer law.
