Please note that import fees, taxes, and tariffs are charged by the importing country and are outside of Isocapnic’s control. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details on any additional charges that may apply to your order. If you take issue with these fees, ensure you talk to your local representatives to enact policy that improves these burdens on you the buyer.
Shipping Information:
We ship internationally and process all orders within 1-12 hours before shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and selected shipping method, and will be added at checkout. All orders are tracked via third-party shipping services (e.g., UPS), so you can stay updated on your order’s progress.
Returns and Refunds:
We take great care in ensuring your product arrives in perfect condition. If your product arrives broken or defective, we handle these cases on an individual basis to provide the best possible solution. Please contact us right away if this occurs.
If your package is lost during shipment, we will also handle this on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that we find the best way to resolve the issue.
Important Notice on Returns:
If the factory seal on the product box is broken, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
If a package is not accepted upon delivery, we will not issue a refund.
